lucy writes: mama picked me up from the v-e-t about 45 minutes ago. she brought me to her office, set up water, food, litter, toys, treats, and a warm place to rest. i'm snuggled in her arms with my purr at about 45%.
my ladygarden incision is really small...but the v-e-t shaved most of my tummy! why did he do that? do you think cha-ching will still want me to be his valentine with a bald tummy? i hope so!
mama has people coming in all afternoon for supervision. they all like kitties, so i'll get lots of attention and cuddles.
love, lucy
mama toni writes: thank you for all the good wishes for healing fast! lucy's doing great. she has the v-e-t smell, but that will dissipate soon enough.

Thanks for the award. We'll post it as soon as Mommy figures out how to put the badge on my blog.
Best wishes to Lucy for a speedy recovery. She'll probably get so much attention from her mommy's co-workers that she forgets all about the trauma of the vet.
Wow, ya got ta go to Mommy's place of work? Neat. We never did that!
That operation scar will heal an yer fur grow back, Lucy. Cha-Ching wont mind; its kinna a normal thing fer girl-kitties.

Ah ! it's over must be a relief for your mom ! I don't understand either why your belly was shaved that much. Rosie only had a little square and I can see it still a little bit. The fur doesn't grow that fast. But nobody will look at your belly they will all look in your sweet face !
Ahh dearest littleLucy! Now you are home again and the worst is over. It was very hard to prepare for this with not being able to eat and drink. It was also hard on mommy to put you through this. Benjamin missed you and was lonely last night! It will be a weekend of getting spoiled now...just wait:)
Much love from Peachy in a town down south melting away in the sun...
Oh a bald tummy is fine! I think they are beautiful--they just get cold so you will need extra snuggles!
Hey BF, hope Lucy has a quick recovery and thank you so much for my award. I is most flattered. FAZ
G'day Lucy, we're glad that your surgery went well and that you're feeling better - that was great that you got to go to work with your Mom and spend the day with her. We sometimes think that might be fun to try sometime,
