wordy wednesday

did you go to miss peach's tea party? it was lovely! a surprise for her mommy's birthday!

she passed out these roses...did you get yours?

mom was home today. she sounded like a frog this morning, and a horse this evening. strange critters to resemble! we watched LOTS of christmas movies. there was plenty of cuddle time, and we all napped together, too.

here are more pictures:

lucy and me. we look pretty good together. you can see that my fur is almost fully grown out. mom brushes me often (i LOVE it...especially with the zoom groom), and says that she's going to help me not need another lion cut. thanks, mom. i love you too.

lucy checking out the tree. yes, the tree looks kind of pathetic. mom, you've got to put a little skirt on that thing to hide the basket, and maybe some decorations? ah, mom says that lucy will play with any ornaments that she puts on...so she's going to wait until christmas eve when there will be lots of other distractions for lucy.

a cute kitten peaking out of a basket. lucy has claimed this basket and mom will likely never get it back. can you see the teeth marks in the handle?

lucy's contemplating the tree. she looks sweet and small in this picture. she's actually pretty solid (loves those temptation), and has some wicked teeth and claws. but she's cute. mol

Oh Benjamin I am so glad you were able to stop over to the tea party. It means so much to have family visit at this time of year. Mommy and I have been watching lots of Christmas movies too these days! I am still doing well considering the sign of time to come...

You guys are so lucky to have a tree, we are not having one this year because of my destructive personality (I am not sure what that means though). FAZ

You two are just about as cute as can be allowed on the internet. Lucy in her basket should be on a calendar somewhere!

You both look so cute. Momma got me a new brush that goes deep into the fur. I like that because it gets my undercoat and it seems to keep me soft and floofy.

Lucy is so adorable and looks furry playful too ~ we agree ~ she is waiting to ambush any ornaments that go on the tree :)
Ben you look so cute too in that picture ~ just like an impressive male lion calmly sitting in his territory!

It is so good to see new pictures of you and Lucy. She has grown so much but she still looks little. It will be exciting for her, her first Christmas!

Us again. We hope your mom is feeling better soon. It is kinda scary when moms do not sound like they usually do.

Dear brother Ben, I'd love to come over and snuggle with your sweet Mom! I'm teleporting right over, and I'll lie on her lap like I do with my Mom -- kind of leaned back in your Mom's arms, showing my floofy tummy, putting one arm around her and purring, purring, purring, purring. Then I'll slowly lean my head back for scritches, then I'll purr and purr some more and snuggle even closer. I hope my snuggles will help her to feel better!

Love of love from your adoring sister Marilyn.

I agree with Adan, Ben ... Your fur is purrfect for wintertime an' the cold temps.

Tell your mom to feel better ... Mine has been mentioning the possibility of flying up there after Christmas ... Hmm ...

Hi to Lucy! She looks adorable in her basket contemplating the Christmas tree ... Your momma's gonna have to trust her sometime ... Tell her to tie bows on the tree first.
