mama's friend carol is coming to visit today. mama will pick her up at the airport this afternoon. it's only an overnight visit as carol has to go home (to aberdeen...mama's home town) tomorrow. i plan to let carol pet me. (maybe mama can hold me and carol can take the picture of me in my new birthday hat?)
i call carol 'nana carol' because she's the closest thing i have to a grandma. she'll be 75 next friday! she and my mama have been friends since mama was 14 years old (that's almost 30 years!).
here i am, waiting for nana carol to get here: (i've got laser eyes!)
